Richard grew up in Vermont and has spent his whole professional career in Construction. During his 15 years in construction, he started by building custom homes in Maine, followed by becoming the crew leader for a large commercial scaffolding company in Arizona.

Richard returned home to Vermont in 2010 and worked for 3 years as a Foreman for one of Vermont's leading Roofing Contractors where he oversaw residential and commercial projects. During this time, he worked closely with Homeowners, Site Superintendents, and Project Engineers to align with project schedules, meet specifications, and maintain site safety protocol.

In 2013, Richard joined a premier Chimney and Masonry company, where he quickly advanced to Lead Technician and eventually Production Manager, where some of his responsibilities included training new technicians, ordering and maintaining all job materials, supervising fleet maintenance, and quality control. Additionally, Richard oversaw all large commercial property accounts, while also working hand in hand with homeowners to find solutions within their budgets. He consistently received stellar customer service reviews for his professionalism and quality of work.

Richard now owns and operates KrayCo Builders based out of New Haven, Vermont. He started KrayCo to pursue his dream of owning his own business, where he can work on a wide variety of projects, and employ his core principles on the job site every day.
